= JUDGEMENT HALL =

Sans towers over you, his looming shadow spreading across your small frame.

You step back, attempting to leave. Something about Sans seemt.. unusual. He wasn't like his normal, joking self that you've seen in your other playthroughs. Nor his lazy self, where he just sat around doing nothing.

This was different.

Sans looked emotionlessly at you, or maybe that was just because of his skeletal body. Sparks danced and flew from his body, as if that was how he conveyed his anger. Malice shrouded his normally-cheerful pupils.

You take another step back, but Sans' shadow was still looming across you menacingly, as it it were about to swallow you in any second.

Sans took a step forward.

His expression was different. Maybe it was because of your sadistic expression, maybe it was because you killed all of his friends or maybe because he was simply enjoying the fact that you were seemingly afraid of him.

Whatever it was, you didn't like it.

Sans grinned at you - or at least, it looked like a grin. His pupils were smouldering, as if some sort of energy had devoured him. Blue light crackled and flashed out of his left eye, changing colour and shape every second as it did.

What the heII was wrong with his eye?

He sighed, but his grin only grew wider.

''i warned you, kid.''

He spoke in his usual monotone, but emotion was conveyed through it.

''you've been busy, huh?''

Busy killing everyone in the Underground, yes.

''so, i've got a question for ya.''

He waited for your reply, but you knew that it was going to be a rhetorical question.

''do.. you.. think.. that.. even.. the... worst.. person.. can... change...?'' His voice was long and drawled, putting up all of his pent-up anger in one quick sentence.

''that everybody can be a good person, if they just try?''

You took a step forward. Determination choruses through your veins. You can do this.

DETERMINATION was on your side. There was no way that -

''well, here's a better question.''

You stop.

All the light went out of Sans' pupils. His sparkling, ever-changing blue eyes died down. His grin, his face was still the same, but his pupils.. All that was left was a pitch-black empty space.

An endless void of time and space.

His grin only grew wider.

Your eyes widen, realising what was going to happen.

He drawls, his dark pupils nearly even winking at you. You wonder if that was a trick of light, or..

''do you wanna have a bad time?''

His voice quivered at the near end of the sentence. There was no doubt, no stops in his voice. You knew that, if you just took another step forward..

You were going to have a bad time.

'''cause if you take another step forward..''

''you're REALLY not going to like what happens next.''

You flinch at his words. This was the first time that he had ever yelled during his whole speech. (or, to put it in another way, capitalised his words.)

You wanted to run. You didn't want to stay here. You wanted to RESET the world and pretend that nothing has ever happened.

As if you didn't murder Toriel. As if you didn't brutally slaughter Papyrus. As if you didn't slice Undyne in half. As if you didn't kill every single monster that only wanted to call a place 'home', As if you didn't destroy everyone's hopes and dreams.

But you refused.

The small, nagging voice in your brain urged you to take a step forward.

You couldn't move. You were paralysed, feet stuck to the ground.

Well? What are you waiting for? Take a step forward, and finish him off!

You struggled. No!

But your body seems to have a consciousness of it's own. It refuses your commands, denys your inside yells and your pleas.

You take a step forward.

Sans shurgs, an resigned expression on his face. ''welp.'' He shook his head. ''sorry, old lady.'' A pause. ''this is why i never make promises''.

His pupils, once devoid of colour and of blackness, snapped open as if he had just woken up. His blue pupil flared, afterimages trailing behind it as it blared with pure power, colours changing even more insane than it had before. He held his hand in a fist, blue light radiating and dancing around it. You had to shield your eyes from the pure energy that was radiating off him. Visions of skeletal heads appeared and disappeared from behind him, as if they were ghosts that were weaved in and out of the time continuum. Each had a scream so guttural and horrible and also so damnn full of energy like they were banshees screaming. Shapes of bones and ghosts took form, stirring painful memories of Papyrus, the way he grinned and chirruped happily like a child, and tried to befriend you but only to be killed when he enveloped you in a hug, the bones turning your heart blue with regret and the heaviness that weighted upon it.

This was Sans' revenge. His revenge for you killing all of his friends, his family and the destruction of the place he once called 'home'.

About Rayun Eggs

While Rayun (pronounced rah-yoon) eggs are most commonly found in cold habitats, they weren't initially discovered there. Soon after Rayun were identified, they were forced to migrate to colder environments due to excessive predator populations in their original habitat, the grasslands.

Rayun eggs are very sensitive to cold temperatures, and the Rayun population quickly started to decline when colder months came around. In an attempt to keep the population stable, the Science and Research Center started an expedition to gather Rayun eggs during colder temperatures and release them back into the wild when it became warm enough. This caused the Rayun mothers to become very hostile towards Ark citizens, so eventually the egg collections were ruled illegal. Instead, a tradition started in order to keep the Rayun from becoming extinct where Ark citizens would craft small blankets and leave them near Rayun nests in hopes that the mother would find and use them to keep their eggs and young children warm.

About the Rayun Creature

While Rayun may often act hostile, they generally are not dangerous at all. They are a very proud species and value independence, and are thus nearly impossible to keep in captivity. Despite this, young Rayun are known to be relatively friendly towards Ark citizens, and will usually accept food and other gifts when offered.
