Okay I'm gonna be nice here and explicitly spell this out, since my note on my profile about my OBSESSION with horses apparently wasn't enough implication. I'll even use all caps to draw more attention to it and make it more memorable. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME IF ANY OF MY HORSE CREATURES (OF ANY SORT - if they're in my Herd of Horses tab, I consider them a horse-type creature) ARE UP FOR SALE OR FOR TRADE - THEY AREN'T! And yes, I know I have so many, though! I have so many because I used my own money to buy most of them from the Cash Shop when they were available because I love them so much. And whatever others I have, I've gotten through trades or by way of gifts, and I WILL NOT be parting with any of them. So PLEASE. STOP. ASKING.

PS: Sorry about the rant and the cynicism. This isn't aimed at anyone in particular, nor am I upset with anyone who may or may not have asked about them in the past. I don't blame you. I had no such notice in my profile warning you off about asking. But I do now, and Fates help the next person who asks me for one after I've posted this. (By the way, not reading this will not be much of a valid excuse since a notification about reading this will be at the top of my profile in plain view when the page loads.)

PPS: I promise, I'm not usually so strict/stern/angry-sounding, I've just really got a massive pet peeve about people for whom the explicit word "no" isn't enough of a hint and so proceed to beg or whine about how I have so many of them and how I "wouldn't even notice having one less". I would, indeed, miss that one less - ESPECIALLY if twenty different people use that as an excuse/reason and I cave and give in to each of those twenty different people.

About Rannin Eggs

Brightly colored scales with metallic golden centers cover the bottom of the egg and a tuft of green fur adorns the top. The scales act as protection for the egg, keeping it safe from cracking while the creature inside grows. When the scales begin to fall off, the egg will hatch sometime the same day.

About the Rannin Creature

Rannin are as bright and cheerful as the colors of their scales, and have personalities as shining as their golden antlers. They love to help others -creature and human alike- and enjoy learning new things, which makes them great companion creatures. If you want a creature as friendly and helpful as it is colorful, a Rannin is the creature for you!

A young Rannin's scales are pastel in color, and once they are old enough their baby scales will shed. The baby scales are then replaced with much more saturated adult scales. Rannin scales are often collected after shedding and made into jewelry and other fine crafts. Scales taken from a Rannin by force are useless, as they lose all color immediately upon removal.
