@ifi123 is one of the kindest, most generous souls that I've ever met, and likely ever will meet - she's my best friend in real life and on Egg Cave, and I really don't think I'd have a true friend if she hadn't been so persistent about trying to talk to me in gym class in sixth and seventh grade. *inserts a wink for Iffy* She speaks so quietly, I could never really understand what she was saying, so I was always just like, "Umm, yeah. Sure." and then try to find a distraction to use as an escape, especially after I'd already asked her what she said multiple times and still had no idea what she was saying!

I'm so so so so grateful that she kept approaching me and trying to talk to me, because by eighth grade, we were best friends! I'd brought her a bit further out of her shell (AKA she spoke slightly louder and more freely when she was talking to me *grins*) and she'd shown me the value of true friendship, and I learned what it was like to have a real friend. We discovered that we had *tons* in common - we both love to read, enjoy writing, and like animals a lot - among many, many, many other things!

She's since moved away (to go to college at the school with the program she wanted) but we're still best friends, and talk to each other often!
