Chimkin: "Doggo lingo" meaning chicken, or alternatively any small to medium fowl.

Probably a temporary name, I dunno. Auto-generated name was 0OKrup. (Just noting for later).

About Leafcock Eggs

At first glance, this egg just looks like a pile of leaves! Do not step on it otherwise you'll squash it.

About the Leafcock Creature

The Leafcock is a close cousin to many other peacock creatures—except that it is entirely made of leaves. It has no feathers but only leaves.

The color of the Leafcock changes with the changing seasons. With the waning sunlight and cooler nights in the autumn, its leaves begin to turn to shades of green to bright orange and red as it matures. It entirely loses its leaves in the winter, only to regrow them in springtime.

Some Leafcocks can keep all of their leaves throughout winter but must exclusively be kept in warm and relatively moist conditions. Despite this, they will still shed their entire coat of leaves in the winter but they will look more green throughout.
