Name Meaning: I've struggled with depression most of my life, 'Happy Heather' became a saying my mom and I used to simply acknowledge the good moments. Because there *are* good moments even when in a deep depression. Simple things like hearing a song that makes you smile, or watching a light/funny show that stops the intrusive thoughts for a half hour. Sometimes it can feel like everything is such a struggle 24/7, it's important to recognize and remember the good moments within all of that.

My mother, my best friend, passed away December 1st 2023. Recognizing the 'Happy Heather' moments is even more important now.
