Even in its egg form, this creature is already fully-grown. It isn't, however, unattached from the egg. The hatching part is ultimately where the creature inside is "released" from the inner egg membrane.
Near each egg you can find a little Japanese lantern with some cherry flowers. They give off a sweet scent. When the eggs hatch, Sakukis grow into the lantern.
Sakuki children are very small. You can cradle a child in the palm of your hand. So, if you aren't careful you can hurt them. That is why Sakukis are shy and careful—they like to be protected.
Adult Sakukis always have their lantern and cherry flowers with them. They are curious about everything. Some people say that Sakukis are the Spring Spirits that, when they're around, carry a chance of giving people blossoming flowers. Legend also says that Sakukis can make you more lucky as you're looking for new things in your life.
