It's not a ladybug and it's not just a cat... this is the Hummingbug which can buzz around as quickly as hummingbirds themselves! They do not chirp like hummingbirds do, however, they still meow adorably.
Hummingbugs are most commonly found in urban parks in Ark City. If you sit down on a parkside bench during the spring time, you're bound to see one around.
