About the Loutta Creature

The Loutta is, quite frankly, not really going to be your own. It's attached to magical strings that are controlled by other forces. The Science and Research Center in Ark City has studied if the Loutta itself is responding and pulling the strings, but it remains undetermined.

When things in Ark City are more chaotic, Louttas seem to move a lot more and be more social. When things are quiet in the city, it's almost as if they are asleep...
