Are you suddenly seeing Japanese lanterns that weren't there before? Sakura trees that weren't there? It's probably the work of Tourou, the eccentric spirit dragon who happens to be obsessed the japanese culture. When she takes a physical form, it's usually a Halldrag or a japanese girl wearing a kimono.
