Connections

If only she could get out. It could solve everything. That's at least what he said.
"It's just a test," she told herself. She grasped her head, sighing. Envisioning a mirror, one popped up in front of her in a whisp of smoke. She had never questioned it, her magic. She just assumed everyone had magic, she would never find out anyway. She wouldn't get out. She glared at herself in the mirror, her snowy, white hair glistening. She looked around, trying to pinpoint the dew. Squinting, she put her hands on her hips, swiping her finger on her leather jacket. Black, of course. It was her favorite color. She snapped her fingers.
"Dew, that's it," she smiled."And yet," she sighed. "It's not," she whispered, puckering her lips. She snapped her fingers and a wisp of smoke appeared. "Is it?" she asked and a voice laughed.
"No Ondi, the odds are very low," the voice laughed.
"Okay, that is not my name," she laughed,"And anyways, think of anything else?" she asked, and the figure shrugged.
"No, not yet," it replied, smiling.
"Okay, Adshi," she smiled and Adshi smiled again.
"May I excuse myself?" Adshi asked, and she sighed.
"Yeah, sure," she smiled, and Adshi bowed before disappearing. "RAGHHHHHHH," she yelled at the ceiling. She fell to the floor, staring up at the clouded ceiling. "Why?" she asked and a voice laughed.
"I've been waiting for you to say that. After 7 years, 7," it laughed again and she scooted up.
"Who...who are you?" she asked, stumbling over her feet.
"Gadric, at your service," the voice said and she could almost detect a smile.
"And you?" he asked and she laughed.
"I know that you know who I am already, but fine, I'm Cassandra," she smiled, coughing a small laugh.
"So, you're trying to escape, huh?" he asked and Cassandra smiled.
"Yes, maybe," she laughed. "Do I know how to talk to another human besides Adshi?" she wondered, shaking her head.
"Good, because you seem bored and I'm bored. Let's escape!" Gadric replied, his voice rising happily.

Thanks to @niale for the format of this story

You are stuck on a mountain and a harsh wind pelts you every minute. You can't hardly see a thing, and you're hiding behind the trunk of a fir. In the distance, you see three eyes looking at you. You try to scoot away, but in vain as the wind pushes you towards the creature.
"Help!" You cry, but there is no one there to help you. The figure comes closer, and you see the shape of a cat. A flying cat. It has snowy, white fur, and a glossy gem on its forehead. Dark, gray stripes are askew on its body, and its tail is just a fin with two other fins sprouting out from its tail. It tilts its head at you, and you shiver as it swishes its tail. A mane of fur is around the creatures neck and you sigh softly, wanting to be warm.
"I help," it whispers and you look wide-eyed at it.

"I don't need help! Go away!" you yell, terrified of this creature.
You shiver softly."I need help, can you bring me somewhere warm?" You ask, gathering up your courage.
You refuse to look at the creature."I am fine," you murmur, unsure.

About the Taigrin Creature

Taigrin, although one may be easily fooled, are aquatic creatures that resemble a cross between a wolf and a seal. The center of the mind is located in the red stone on the forehead. Both the subconscience and conscience operate there. If a Taigrin's red stone is cracked or damaged or bumped significantly, they typically demonstrate behaviors similar to animals infected with rabies. Currently, there is no operation to repair Taigrin red stones.
