*:・゚✧*:・゚✧The First Foxfly*:・゚✧*:・゚✧
It was 2014. I was sent on a special asteroid excavation- I was to search the site, and report back to HQs any findings. It was special, because this was the Ahjani Asteroid. Many experts had come back petrified, and told tales of mysterious sounds or things they had seen. I was called, because I was known to be the best in Ark. I was to finish the mission.
I trudged around the site in my heavy boots, rubble crunching beneath my feet. Out of the blue I heard a soft growl. It was more of a sad moan, and I felt my senses leave me as my feet began to pull me towards the call. My eyes glazed over, and all of a sudden, a bright purple light shone into my face, dizzying and blinding me. I stumbled backwards, and I felt a sharp rock poke into my back. My eyes scrunched up, and I covered my face with my hand.
After a while, I slowly opened one eye, and noticed a shining figure in front of me. My eyes grew wide in astonishment, as I took in the unknown creature infront of me. It looked like a fox, with alien-like eyes and blue wings. It gingerly fluttered towards me, mist surrounding it. It's eyes began watering up, and I was mesmerised by the mysterious blue. I found myself drowning in the pools of liquid forming in it's eyes. The mist clouded my vision, until I couldn't see anything at all. I allowed myself to let go of reality, and I fell for miles and miles...

About Foxfly Eggs

Foxfly eggs glow with a soft luminescence from within. If the cracks in your walls glow slightly there is a good chance there are Foxfly eggs in there.

About the Foxfly Creature

The light from thousands of Foxflies is a common sight on warm Leila evenings. Not only does the orb on the end of a Foxfly's tail glow, it's eyes and wings do as well. While this does make them larger targets for nocturnal predators they make up for this by being extremely fast and agile while flying helping them avoid slower predators.

Foxflies posses a trait that makes them very valuable to Leila's gardening population, they prey primarily upon Goggies.
