𝚁𝙰𝙽𝙳𝙾𝙼 ⠀𝙸𝙽𝙵𝙾⠀

I'm from the Philippines, a country in Southeast Asia. I can speak three languages: Tagalog, Visayan, and English. I've been on this site since it started back in 2009. My old account was @ostrichowl, but now I go by @smitten, my side account. I have two siblings, and we all used to play Eggcave.

I'm not the type to make lots of friends because I'm kinda introverted and picky about who I hang out with. But the friends I do have, especially my high school pals, are still close to me after all these years.
I struggle with social anxiety, and it often makes me feel paranoid when I see others being active but not responding to me or initiating conversations with me. I'm currently in the process of learning to be more open-minded when others don't reciprocate the same level of openness.

In school, I was the math club president from 6th to 10th grade, but I have no idea why they kept choosing me for that role. I'm not into sports at all, so I spent a lot of time playing Scrabble and other board games. Scrabble is so much fun for me because it combines my love for words and the thrill of strategy. From a young age, I've been fascinated by language and the power of words.

You know what really gets me excited though? Learning about anatomy and how our bodies work. It's fascinating to understand how diseases come about and how we can treat and prevent them. It's a complex system of organs, tissues, cells, and molecules, all working together in perfect harmony to sustain life. Unraveling the mysteries of how these components function and interact is like discovering the secrets of an interesting puzzle. I actually have a bachelor's degree in medical technology, and I'm on my way to becoming a doctor.

Besides all that, I have some fun hobbies too! I love singing, drawing, and collecting online pixels. I'm on Subeta (twinkle) and Chickensmoothie (twinkle!). It's just my way of having a good time. That's pretty much me in a nutshell! 😄

I wanna talk about my dog because why not? xD Trying to keep as much memories as I can with him because he is my first dog and I cannot describe how much I love love love him! Copper is a mix of 3 breeds: dachshund, poodle, and shih tzu. He was born on January 5, 2020. He was given to us by a family friend when he was just 3 months old. I can still remember when they placed him in a bucket and he looked so tinyyyy ;u; He had a huge patch of bald skin on his back because he had an adverse reaction to an administered vaccine. Btw, if you have made it reading this far, I have a reward for you, simply click the x at the bottom of this bio for details. Let me go on with typing for now so people will continue to skip through lol. Copper grew up to be very playful, but his territorial nature gets in the way of fun sometimes. At age 1, he survived parvovirus infection, which only had a 2% survival rate. Since then we celebrate each year how much of a blessing it is to still have him with us ❤️ He always craves to eat bread and beef loaf. He loves to take baths and to go out for walks. When strangers come into the house, he gets really excited to the point that he scares them out. Copper is very obedient and knows some tricks. He hates cats and gets very timid with other dogs.
