The key to running a popular website is to offer something that everyone else doesn't have. (Information, secrets, etc.) For example, my Egg Viewer is getting over 250 unique visits every day because its the only one of its kind. 😊

I would check out other sites to see what they offer... and then try to offer something better. 😋
