Hey, thanks for the well wishes. It really means a lot. ❤️ I recently lost my Guinea pig Junie due to cancer and it was really hard to hold her and watch her pass. Especially because she was only 2. But I’m glad I have Egg Cave to distract me and keep me busy.

• Drink a *tiny* sip of water once every minute. Like a tablespoon’s worth. For like ~15 minutes.

• Cold, fresh air. Focus on breathing slowly and deeply. Can try going for a walk outside.
• Sniffing rubbing alcohol while walking around.
• Lying on your left side (more comfortable for stomach anatomy).
• Drinking ginger ale or ginger tea. Can also help just as a placebo.

Aww yeah? I feel for you. ❤️ I sometimes get nauseous as a symptom of my cluster headaches and migraines. Amazingly and thankfully though, have never actually thrown up from them, even after ten years. 😱 I have a lot of methods to help deter the feeling!
