Do you have a favorite type of workout? I feel like I love the more intense/abs-focused ones, but a lot of my friends like more of the muscle-building types with bands. Im thinking of buying the stretch bands just to be able to do more at home

dude i actually tried the Chloe Ting workout! i tried the summer shred and it was pretty hard but short at least! only 2 10min pieces! i must be out of shape though cuz they kicked my butt š
