EggCavity values it at 3,400,412‬ EC and both those totals aren't counting the names. I'm not inclined to trust either of those guides for exact prices, but I do know that lot is worth more than 50 CC. Sorry for clogging up your wall, didn't have enough room to write everything!

Well, this statement is counterintuitive for me, but I'll tell you that your lot is probably worth way, way more than 50 CC. I would like to buy it, and have 50 CC to spare, but can't pay anymore than 50 CC. According to Budgie's its worth around 300 CC+200k - 500 CC+550k.
