Post-traumatic stress disorder from what happent when i was 6 but my mind put it in the back untill something on tv trigger it and every thing came back i got help for it

Woah! That's crazy! Also, I missed you too but I just had some stuff to figure out in my life and found out and remembered some really heartbreaking stuff about my family and what I did as an early teen and I still need time to heal from that and I hope I could heal a little here
