Yeah. The messed up thing was it wasn't the first time something like that happened. I lost my original account (ages ago when the site was fairly new) my account was hacked then frozen and I was unable to get it backI came back years later and started fresh, believing

I log into my side (where the qccount I sent the ticket) I still haven't received any word from the mods. So apparently Neopets doesn't care about it's players. Sorry about the rant but it still makes me so angry, I had put so much work into getting what I had.

Glad to hear it. They certainly was fast at fixing it, some sites don't. I have given up on Neopets. My account there was hacked then frozen 'for my protection' so I sent a help ticket. 3 months later it's still frozen with no response so I gave up. Its been like 6 months now

try using a different mail service like yahoo mail or icloud, you can easily set up an account and go from there. eggcave supports most mail services i believe

I went back to the forum and found I got an answer. Inactivated accounts are auto-deleted after 30 days.Apparently if you are having problems with your email, you can contact @ian through tickets, requesting a manual activation. Maybe try it? I hope it works

I was afraid of that. I was sure I saw on the confirmation email something about a deadline to activate your account. Hopefully you can get it fixed. Maybeyou can use a different email address?

I have gmail as well and I got it on. You might want to keep trying. I'm not 100% sure but I think inactivated accounts are deleted after 30 days. I'm looking through to find any confirmation but I'm pretty sure
