The glitch was that you'd click on the "Attempt" button and you'd get an error page. PS - WHY ARE THE NOTIFICATION BUBBLES YELLOW NOW?!?!

Quite a few times, users said it was yellow/golden background. I dunno, but it was always black & white for me o_O
