If you can get over the squeamishness, bugs are actually highly nutritious. I’ve tried some of those crackers too, they were surprisingly good!

i've had crickets before! they tasted remarkably like sunflower seeds.

@distorted Oh nooooo!!! I have mottephobia (fear of moths) so I can understand your pain! Once there were people giving out insects in food to promote a healthier diet and oh my gosh it looked so creepy! They were crunchy but overall not terrible...
