As a part of the Halloween Bash, we are beginning version 2 beta registration today. We will be accepting a limited number of beta testers, however... 300 to be exact. You can register to become a beta tester in one of two ways: Twitter or Facebook. For Twitter:

The reason why we're having beta registration through Twitter and Facebook is to boost awareness that we have these social networking pages. :) NOTE : You must follow us or become a fan to be accepted. ALSO: just because you posted your username on either Twitter and Facebook DOES NOT guarantee you a beta spot. How do I know if I've been chosen? If you've been chosen, a box on the right-hand side of every Egg Cave page will appear saying that "you're registered for beta." ;) Send us your message as soon as possible! Beta spots will go really fast. ;)

I mean, I'm sure there a lot of registered users, but a lot of people have left, and I'm sure that not a whole lot of people have FB & Twit.

I'm sure Ian has a way to see how many people are on at a time or so. I doubt he'd set a number we couldn't reach...maybe, haha.

I can't accurately say myself; just looking at the FB page and those who have offered to be beta testers, there's been a few user names...

Well Ian has 600+ friends, so I'm sure there are a lot of active people, I guess I'm just going off of who posts in the blog, which I know-
Not everyone is going to post in the blog. So I guess there could be a lot more active people than we know, like you said Neo. 😊

Yeah, probably. Out of 260+ "friends" on my list here on EC I think only around 40% is still kinda active. The rest are gone or inactive. 😋

I used to have over 100, but I've deleted a lot of the people that have either quit or just never come on. It seems like a lot of people-

Yeah, I have 90 friends now after going through and deleting anyone whose pets had all died. I'm sure if I went through again I'd find more.

It's really annoying to have to go through every person on the list delete > refresh >scroll > delete > refresh > scroll... Gaah! xD

I did it recently, I know I have a few people who have left/hardly on, so I might go through again and delete them. And Me too Silver 😊

@Golden - A beta is a person in a first group to test something new. @Silver - I hate when they ask me to feed their list and they don't
feed mine first...at least be willing to do that much before asking others to help you.
