You get back name changes exactly 30 days from when you used them.

actually it's exactly 30 days from the first time you use a name reset 😊 and each reset is kinda "recycled" through a 30 day cycle

I don't think so. Buying a calla probably puts a flag on your account and once you have that flag you wouldn't be able to buy another.
