PAYPAL AND CAVECASH - CaveCash balance hasn't updated yet (using PayPal)? Please Contact Us with your last name, PayPal email, or PayPal transaction ID so we can verify your order.

PayPal recently updated their verification protocol, which meant that PayPal wasn't updating CaveCash balances. Our protocol has been updated to match theirs and CaveCash is again immediately deposited. eChecks still require 3-4 business days to post and clear.

Our other merchant Stripe, who processes payments instantly 100% of the time, has been working as normal.
