Welcome to August! The August Cash Shop Monthlys are now available in the Cash Shop Park. The organic, limited edition creatures of July have now been retired forever. Hurry to the Cash Shop Park today!

We are also proud to say that all of this month's Cash Shop Monthlys were suggestions taken from real users just like you. :)

A note on user drama... do not personally attack or attempt to contact users who have blocked you through public means (i.e. creating a Forum topic about a user who has blocked you). This creates drama. Users are allowed to block whomever they wish.

Additionally, users that you have blocked can no longer ping you on the Forums. Although it would still appear @Ian in the text, you will not receive a ping Notification from blocked users.

All of 2-year birthday creatures have been retired from the Cave. But... the 2-year Egg Cave birthday creatures have not all gone yet! The birthday celebrations continue! The Roasen is now available as a special, limited-edition Cash Shop creature (it has been retired from the Cave). The Flaren is retired altogether.

They will retire from the Cash Shop Park on July 30.

Egg Cave has just reached 100,000 forum posts in total! The community is bustling more than ever. Congratulations Egg Cave!

Today... it's Egg Cave's 2 year birthday party! Happy birthday Egg Cave! Can you believe it? We're already two years old. To celebrate, two new creatures have been discovered at the Science and Research Center!

And to commemorate our 1 year birthday last year, which no creatures were released, the Science and Research Center has genetically engineered the Bragon, which is available at the Cash Shop Park!

New users (less than 30 days old) will see a new notice that appears at the top of the page with a link to our new Getting Started page. The new Getting Started page has 4 simple steps for new users to complete so they can get integrated into the community.

We hope that this new page serves as a better place for new users to begin their journey at Egg Cave, because we know that the site is becoming an increasingly big place!

We just wanted to give a clear and concise update about storage accounts at Egg Cave since there seems to be a bit of confusion.

First: you are permitted to have ONE main and THREE storage accounts at Egg Cave. Per our Terms of Service, you may only visit the Cave and Asteroid from your main account.

Second: you do not have to get storage accounts "approved." Each user is already allowed ONE main and THREE storage accounts. You do not have to submit in a Ticket to get an account "approved."

Third: yes, it is true that all of your accounts need to have different email addresses linked to them. This is simply how the Egg Cave accounting system is set up.
