Welcome to August at Egg Cave! This month's random theme is OUTER SPACE but August's monthly creatures have been delayed (as previously announced). They are estimated to arrive by August 3rd or 4th. Sorry for the delay on that. Stay tuned for updates!
The Hulae and Onabi have been unvaulted for this month. They are 1000 CC each. Find these in the Cash Shop while supplies last!
The Pinyanda is no longer available in the Cave—it's now available for 200 CC each, in case you weren't able to collect enough. Head on over to the Cash Shop. Available through August (and then it retires).

August's monthly release, scheduled for August 1, will be delayed by a few days. This is for new creatures only. Our artist that was commissioned for August's new creatures is experiencing an unexpected hardship and family emergency. August's creatures have been sent over to another artist for completion but they will not be completed by August 1.
Unvaulted creatures—the Hulae and Onabi—will still be released on August 1, so do not miss that!
While it is not for certain, it is looking like August's new monthly creatures will be released by August 3rd or 4th. This date can still change and we'll keep you posted. We will still announce August's random theme on August 1 for fun (you won't have to wait for the new creatures)!

Thirteen years ago, Egg Cave was launched and released to the public! Nearly 8,000,000,000 views later (yes, 8 BILLION!), Egg Cave is going strong. To all of our lovely players—thank you for being a part of our community. It's a truly special day!
This year's birthday creature is the Pinyanda! You can find it in the Cave through the rest of this month. After that, it will go on sale in the Cash Shop for 200 CC during the month of August.

We're proud to introduce a major site improvement—the Items Database. This is located under the Explore tab underneath the Archives link. Note that 0-circulation items (i.e. very new items that have not yet been obtained) do not appear here until the first user obtains that item. Items must be in circulation to be seen and found at the Items Database.
Our favorite feature is the Travel Try On feature that allows you find any Travel or trinket and browse through any species and stage combination for that Travel. Try it!
