Find The Gobblers has been reset to 0 for all users today, due to the glitch with Daylight Savings Time that caused Gobblers to spawn on every page load a few days ago. Gobblers will begin spawning normally again around Egg Cave.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we felt that a site-wide reset for the event was fairest to all users as opposed to a more "surgical" approach that would selectively "correct" counts for some users but not others (it was impossible to reconcile). Thank you for your understanding!
Due to an issue with Daylight Savings Time, Gobblers were spawning on every page load yesterday. Sadly, this requires us to have to reset the event entirely, as many counts are now inaccurate.
There are no account penalties because this was an issue with the server and Daylight Savings Time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Tomorrow, all Gobblers counts will be reset to 0 and the event will begin from scratch for all users. Gobblers will begin appearing again tomorrow, November 5. They will not be spawning for the rest of today due to the event reset—so give Gobbler collecting a break for today.

Welcome to November at Egg Cave! Our annual site event, Find The Gobblers, returns today!
The stands at the Halloween Fair are now closed and you are no longer able to collect new Seeds from feeding or other activities. If you have Seeds left over, you can use your remaining, unspent Seeds through November 21 at the Prize Shop.
You can now find the top collectors from this past year on the Leaderboards!
Find The Gobblers returns this year and there's a brand-new creature prize for being a top collector. The gist: in the month of November, Gobblers (images) will appear on pages around the site. To collect one, click on it whenever you see it and add +1 to your count. The top 100 collectors will receive a 1000 CaveCash Voucher ($10) and a Gobblette at the end of the month. Check the leaderboards to know your place.
Gobblers appear at 100% opacity—that is to say are not faded when overlaid on pages. Do not participate in Find The Gobblers from side accounts.
The Kujak returns for its annual reappearance! Find it in the Cave through all of November.
