Doctor Hannibal Lecter is a character from one of my favorite franchises (Hannibal Rising, Red Dagon, The Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, NBC's Hannibal). He is a serial killing cannibal considered to have high-class tastes (pun not intended).

Living in Lithuania as a child, he was tormented by [yeep] sympathizers who overtook his home, along with his little sister, Mischa. As food became scarce and winter settled heavily on their home, the men killed and ate his sister, and claimed to have fed her to him as well. Thus begins his obsession with murder and cannibalism. He hunted and killed the men to exact vengeance.

Captured as an adult, he is occasionally consulted by the FBI to help with ongoing investigations. With his history as a forensic psychologist/surgeon, he offers invaluable insight. He shows a romantic interest in both Clarice Starling and Will Graham, both members of the FBI who consult with him on cases. In the end, he escapes captivity, alone or with one of his romantic interests depending on the books/film/television show.

About Mothman Eggs

Leering from within an endless void is an unsettling pair of glowing crimson eyes. Anyone who establishes eye contact with a Mothman egg are reportedly overcome with intense feelings of anxiety and dread. For as long as this contact remains unbroken will the foreboding effect persist.

About the Mothman Creature

With every reported Mothman sighting comes forth great catastrophe, resulting in the true nature of this elusive creature being heavily debated among cryptozoologists. Rather than being viewed as the cause of these disasters, it is thought by some that the Mothman is a friendly guardian using its foresight to try and protect the public.
