Not For Trade

Hi. I am very happy with my home and do not wish to go anywhere.

If you have stumbled upon me, please don't hesitate to give me some food. I promise I won't bite. 😃

About Kilantern Eggs

This egg is glowing blue... but it's very faint.

About the Kilantern Creature

These creatures start out antisocial but peaceful. They enjoy the loner life, having their own tiny corner of earth to themselves where they can sleep and forage berries, all without being disturbed (even by others of their own kind). Their horns can also eventually produce a glowy blue mist at will as they grow older, using this to hide themselves from predators or those who threaten to disturb their peace or light up areas for increased night-vision capabilities or simply comfort.

Unfortunately... that all changes when Halloween comes around, and the hustle and bustle of Halloween decorations and trick-or-treating begins. With their peaceful lives disturbed, they grow to be severely agitated. However, because they're such small creatures, their attempts to scare people off from the nearby vicinity of their home seldom works. To combat this, they've devised the idea to go around the neighborhood stealing the faces clean off of Jack-o-Lanterns, wearing them to increase their scare factor. Combine this with the eerie, glowy blue mist of their horns, and they have a much better chance of scaring others off and getting back to their peaceful lives as soon as possible.

This Halloween disguise, or perhaps even other disguises from off-season items, will often become an annual tradition for those of these creatures who live too close to neighborhoods or other residents in general.
