🐈🐓🐛Provo's Adoption Hub🐈🐛🐓

Welcome one and all to Provo's Adoption Hub! This is a revamp of sorts of my original adoption center, but I've decided to start things completely fresh!

What's changing:
- Creatures avaliable for adoption will now be released in small batches! These batches will sometimes have a theme, sometimes not, but will contain no more than 10 creatures at a time.
- Rather than a bimonthly schedule, these batches will come out and be announced at random periods of time.
- I am no longer accepting donations - it'll hopefully make it a little easier on my end to manage!

Rules:
- No more than one creature per person per batch!
- The next batch will not be released until every creature in the current batch has been adopted, feel free to ping people that you think would be interested in adopting!
- First come, first served: if someone above you asks for the same creature, they have priority.
- Please only ask for creatures in the current batch - I'll be housing some creatures for future batches on the account, but those will NOT be up for adoption unless in the "current batch" tab! But feel free to look through and see what'll be coming up next! 😉
- Please do NOT ping me on this forum unless necessary! (e.g. transfer didn't go through, wrong creature sent, etc.)
- I'm setting up a pinglist for whenever a new batch drops - feel free to let me know if you'd like to be added!
And finally...
- This adoption center is to give creatures to people who truly want them. They are NOT to be resold or abandoned. If I catch you reselling any creatures from the adoption center for profit, you will no longer be allowed to adopt from here.

About Canosh Eggs

Canosh eggs, by themselves, cannot hatch without some kind of enchantment. In this particular case, Canosh eggs are blessed by the magical Aosidhe fairies during incubation.

When Canosh eggs aren't charmed, the leaves on the egg are first to die. After the leaves die, the unborn creature inside meets its doom because the egg cannot maintain homeostasis.

The Aosidhe and Canosh are inexplicably linked, despite how unrelated and different they are as species.

About the Canosh Creature

Baby Canoshes aren't highly productive, require a lot of attention, and cannot protect themselves. Essentially, they sleep all of the time because Canoshes experience the biggest growth spurt of their lives between birth and 6 months of age. If baby Canoshes do not get the necessary amount of sleep during childhood, they will not evolve into independent adult creatures.

During mid-life, a Canosh's leaves begin changing from green to bright mixes of orange, red, and yellow. In the ever-changing and colorful jungles of Ark, they can easily evade predators whilst moving about on the ground.

Adult Canoshes are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the family's burrow. They use their matured claws to dig tunnels and collect food and items around the jungle, to bring back to the burrow for consumption.

A Canosh's favorite food is the tangerine! Give them one and they'll love you for life.
