Hi, I'm Karamel. I live somewhere in England. I just joined Egg Cave, so hopefully I can make friends quickly.

Tell me if I've broken anything or something (I'm clumsy like that), and I'll try to fix it. Other than that, I'm... a shy person, as you can see, so if I could make some friends here that'd be wonderful.

I'm also a... relative of cfmtfm, and I may have the same IP address as her, so don't ban us for multiple accounts or anything. She's kinda had some addiction to this and something like DragCave, so I decided to try this and see how it works out ^^

Also no, EC creatures can't breed, but yes they do have genders.

Actually, the breeding thing is a big debate. A lot of people like it, a lot of people hate it. I'm doing a poll to see the overall reaction toward breeding:

@petraandlana Thanks ;D But how exactly does the adoption thing work? I mean, um, like, if you "abandon" it to the Adoption Center, couldn't someone take it?

About "adoption":

You can abandon your creature at the Adoption Center - for a price. If you are downsizing (making your cove smaller) and want to get rid of a lot, it is easier to use the Trading Center.

You make a lot of up to 5 UFA (up for adoption) creatures and type "One egg only!" or "UFA!" or something similar. Someone will offer one egg on your lot, you accept it - and voila! You have four less eggs than you started out with!

Hiya, welcome to Egg Cave!!

I can suggest you don't adopt too many creatures so fast and sometimes the best chance for not so common eggs or creatures of the week is to try to adopt from the cave after midnight EST.
