Trading Problem :(

I'm trying to accept some offers on my trade lot because I'm trying to transfer some eggs to my side, but no matter how many times i click"accept", the creatures won't transfer and the lot won't close. Help? ☹️

That's really weird O_o What browser are you using? If you're on an iPod or DS, etc. that could also be the problem. For now I strongly recommend trying a different browser or device =)

The reason is because you have more than the 150 allowed creatures in one cove. I believe Ian has been investigating this bug but its proven difficult to isolate.

Anyways, you'll need to transfer some creatures out of your account, which Ian can do manually. Just send in a ticket explaining the situation and the names of the 6 creatures you'd like to be transferred and we'll get it fixed ASAP. 😊
