Notifications

I have noticed that the notifications don't always work for me. I have the latest version of Firefox, but it was happening before Firefox 4 came out as well.

@lwobe_elbow use chrome! its faster and awesomer 😉 but when I use firefox on the school computer, they always show up :/

@lbowe_elbow the version 1 and version 2 notifications systems are currently independent from one another which is why you may experience a lapse. this will be fully fixed when we fully transition to version 2.
