Hiya!Okay, so I'm learning how to color and stuff. Like, color lineart. Digitally. I have the basic jists of it, but I'm curious on how you amazing artists do such beautiful work. Like this~http://tinyurl.com/3mftsuuI have no idea who did this (But I'm searching!). But it's amazing ❤️This is what I can do:http://sasu-love.deviantart.com/art/Unfinished-Art-270548776Which is not much T_T That's unfinshed, but I wanted to show you that I'm not that advanced^^Any good tutorials you can refer?I have a lot of programs, including Photoshop CS5, Photoshop Elements 8, and anything else in the Adobe Creative Suite 5Thanks!*~Sasu~*

@PegasasuLayers! And lots of 'em!! 😃

@pegasasuLots of layers.Lots of brushes.Lots of practice.(and sketching the idea and testing colors)And, of course, different effects help, too. 😸Digital art is all about utilizing what you've got. Just experiment, and you'll find what makes your art really pop~

@gladosHow do you get images like this:http://ikatniss.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d4djjz3In your art? The fur looks so soft, I mean effects like that~
glados • 23 November 2011 at 4:12 PM
@pegasasuAwh, thank you so much! ❤️33I used a layer for the background fur color. Then another top layer for the more detailed fur lines. And then blurred them. 😋
pegasasu • 23 November 2011 at 4:19 PM

@pegasasuYou might want to just google various tutorials on specific aspects you want to improve. You have photoshop? I once googled how to draw hair using photoshop and it came up with a really good tutorial:http://www.elfwood.com/farp/theart/gweyenihair/gweyenihair.htmlThat isn't the one I originally found, but it's still really good. Hope that helps 😊Edit: This one's also really good: http://gas13.ru/v3/tutorials/how_to_draw_human_hair_2.php
