Its sort of a made up language that is popular, but nobody speaks it fluently for a lanquage. I think its when you say words without pronouncing the first and last letter.

So, let's say you want to say Leopard? You would take away the 'L', making it Eopard, then you add the 'L' at the end with an 'ay', so, Eopardlay!

How to turn a word into Pig Latin:

Hello

You move the first letter to the end:

Elloh

And then add "ay" to the end:

Ellohay (El-lo-hay)

Ta-da! Pig Latin! Except, if the first letter is a vowel:

Ice

You don't move it. Instead, you add "yay" to the end:

Iceyay

One question, is y counting as a consonant or a vowel? Would you say
yesay or esyay?

I believe you're supposed to put all consonants that come before the first vowel to the end instead of just the first letter. 😊

I think it's not too hard to say something in Pig Latin, but it's more difficult to translate something from Pig Latin back into English. xD

Y is a vowel if there are no other vowels in the word. It's a consonant if there are other vowels in the word. 😉

If there is a consonant blend (th, sh, tr, etc.) then you put that at the end. Fixing what you said:

We have also something like that in Dutch
it's called the 'p-language'
You've to add a p after every vowel and after the p, you've to reapeat the vowel
