Are Magmishes rare?

Well, in the blog they state that they are rare.
But I'm not entirely sure of there worth considering how their more obtainable then Mos.
So, I don't think they'd be worth CC in my opinion.

It also says nothing about being only in some period of time. I'm pretty sure that they're common and people want CC for them.
