Ziba started panicking started sniffing.
"Winston, I can't see but, can you find this scent? It's a little sickly sweet...but it may be a cure."
Ziba kept a good distance between Nala and Dakota.

Crazy came running back at full speed with a syringe, he poked it into nala and plunged half of the cure into her. The gave the other half to Dakota. "I got two servings just in case," he said with a grin. Maybe even an evil grin, you will never know.

Lyra sniffed the air. Blech! These dogs really were sick. Trying to calm the pack she barked "Listen, Dakota won't die... she can't! We WON'T let her. So, instead of staying around we should find more medicine like Crazy did..." Lyra stopped in mid-sentence as she saw, in the back of the cave where Ziba was, Blue Fang. She should've known! Lyra flung herself at Blue Fang, tearing at his underbelly.

"I don't die that easily, wolf" Blue Fang snarled shaking Lyra off of him. Then he pinned her down with ease. Lyra let herself go limp. "Ha! See dumb wolf, I always win!" Then Lyra twisted out unexpectedly and bit down on Blue Fang's leg. She had not lost just yet.

Dakota looked around. "i guess were staying here for the night." she said. She wal,ed around in a circle and lay down and started to fall asleep.

Winston jumped on Blue Fang's face and started to rip at his eyes.

Dakota heard winston ripping at blue fangs eyes and joined him. She grabed a big vein in his back leg and heard a loud crunch. *crunch*

Lyra rejoined the fight and bit down hard on Blue Fang's strong leg. She felt a small wince. Now, for the other two legs.
It was easier to fight Blue Fang now that two other dogs were on him. Power of the pack.

Dakota snaped a small bone in blue fangs spine. She quickly ran and picked up the last pointy stick she had and stabed it into his chest several times. She tossed the ctick back and contenued bitting.

Lyra tore at all of Blue Fang's legs. She could feel him get weaker and weaker. Finally, the large, blue-black dog collapsed. As she was about to give the final bite, he lunged at her, tearing at her chest. The world was going black around her but she could see Blue Fang running out of the cave. He was gone again.

"Lyra!" dakota ruahed to lyra. She bandaged her up in the bandages that the pack helped her find before they left to get away from the humans. "Come on, lets get you into a safe place." dakota led lyra to a differwnt cave that was more comfortable. "Lets hope blue fang is nearly dead. Do you know it he has a pack with him?" dakota asked.

Olive was still out on her own. She whimpered and ripped her teeth into the flesh of a cold squirrel that she had caught. It was frail and flavorless. She yelped as she saw a large blue gray dog limping away, barking orders at his pack. But what Olive didn't know, was that the rest of the pack was close by. Instead of running towards her pack, she ran farther away from it, thinking that she was running to safety, away from the big blue dog.

In bandages, Lyra felt stiff but at least she hadn't fainted. Dakota was rushing around her, trying to soothe and help her. She heard Dakota's question.

"A whole pack? A pack of dogs like Blue Fang? How will we beat them?" Lyra asked. But she kind of knew the answer. To beat Blue Fang's pack, the pack of the Storm Dogs would have to work together. First they needed everyone to come together. Lyra tilted her head. Every dog was here except... Olive!
Lyra propped herself up on to her feet. She had to find that pup!

Can it be turning into winter? 😃

Olive stumbled through a marsh and quickly scrambled out of it. The marsh was muddy and cold. "Where are you?" she heard a soft and ghostly voice. "You can never hide from me...." Olive squeaked in fear and ran behind a tree. She peeked out and saw an elegant, white dog. She had a bluish tint and seemed to be transparent. Olive blinked. The dog was gone.

Lyra began stumbling out of the warm cave. She had to find Olive, and fast. Who knew where she might be?

Ignoring everyone else's sounds, Lyra pushed her way out of the cave. She sniffed around for Olive's scent and finally found it far from the cave. She began to follow the trail.

@iulianna sure. We'll inhabit this for awhile. My character is Colton. ziba was captured and how about we were spared. Colton is the brother of ziba. Long lost.

A chilly wind nipped Colton's ears.

Olive looked around for the Ghost Dog. Her presence had scared Olive more than anything she had ever seen or heard of. She thought she heard the faint sound of the Ghost Dog's voice, calling out. "What is she looking for?" Olive wondered. She then felt a cold wind. She turned, and saw blue eyes with no pupils staring right into hers.

Colton's legs started to stiffen as the wind continued to hurl its chilly fury. His nose pointed into the direction of Lyra.

Well, in storm dogs 2, its a new story and i made a brief summary about storm dogs 1 in storm dogs 2 on the first post and if people keep posting on this, i will have to keep updating the other one. Plus, it would be better to onky have one going. Oh, one last reason. 😊 This storm dogs is over 20 pages long and no body new would join because its that long but in the new one, it only has 3 pages now and everyone who was in this one can join the new one. Im also accepting 3 new players in the new one. Check it out😸
