I didn't see any Terrons in the cave at 3AM ECT...did Terrons become rarer? Staying up this late twice, and not getting ANYTHING...well, let's just say I'm not happy right now. ☹️

No it's not a glitch. It's just chance, and yea Terrons are rare. Keep trying! You'll get one someday! 😃

They're pretty hard to get, since with so many eggs in the cave now, the chances of getting any particular one are low. I got two a while ago, but haven't gotten anything a couple of times now too...

I know that little thing too. Getting them at 3AM. I noticed the pattern with honklover's terrons. All around 3AM. o.O I tried three times and got a Mo. 😋

Okay, I must have seriously missed something because I dodn't even know terrons were still in the cave!!!! Did this happen recently or did I just not know that!! AAHHH!

Terrons have always been in the cave; they have never become endangered, retired, or even on hiatus. They are rarer, comparatively, to other cave eggs due to their inconvenient time slot for availability, but during the time they are available each day they are not any rarer than any other creature. That being said there are roughly 40 creatures in the cave at any given time, so statistically speaking a Terron should come your way at least once every four days, if you are always up when they are available and always use all ten cave tries then. I know it's tough going out of your way and then having nothing come of it, but your efforts are sure to pay off soon.

On average I usually manage to get one at least every other day. But yeah, as plookle, it takes some time/paitience and they are still in the cave.
