This SERIOUSLY ISNT RIGHT!

My teacher! My math teacher, said this to me today:

"RHIANNON...Im SERIOUSLY going to KILL YOU"

BUT IN A SERIOUS Tone which most of you may find hard to believe, but its the total truth. He calls people stupid and dumb and he has a group he calls the "stupid table" and says they need extra help.

Hes kinda sexist too...i mean im an A to A+ student, and he treats boys that are B students that they are so much better then me.

My friend Abby wrote a letter to the school adressing this problem, since she might be the person he picks on the most, but i think this guy is seriously doing something wrong, i mean on a packet, i got 3 wrong, the best in the class, and he said nothing else to anyone, and said to that boy thats a B student that got 6 wrong, he said "YOU did an EXCELLENT JOB!"

That girl Abby also got moved to the front of the room because she has (he said this) "problems" with math. C'mon, shes an A- student!! He treats mostly girls so badly, and people on our side cant stand it anymore.

I honestly dont think he should be allowed to treat students like that. I had an A+ in his class and he gave me an A (big difference you may be thinking yeah right, but theres a special group if you get an A+ in math)

And..yeah. Opinions?

No fair. Confront him or the priceable. Ask other students and parents and see their awnsers.

That is unfair! OMG people who get a bunch of A+ deserve to be treated like role models! Like they work hard and everything and try their best, and the others don't. (most)

But on the other hand, I think the teacher is just trying to give the less smart students more attention, to help them. Like he may think that A+ students don't need a lot of attention, and can handle themselves and figure out things themselves.

OMG! that is SOO mean! Why would he do that? That would just make them know that they were the worst, and keep them from trying harder!

Yeah, i know. His so fricken' irritating. I also have an A+ test average, did all my homework, and participate (all on the grading rubric) yet i got an A, so im not in a special math group with a different teacher :/

OH MY GOD THAT IS HORRIBLE! There was this science teacher in the school, Mr. Gottheiner, and he was also really bad. Once I turned on a lamp that was for the upper grade, and he saw me. (He was never my teacher, thank god. He got fired 😊) He literally told me, "You know, Hannah, lots of people can get hurt in a science lab. Sharp materials, broken glass...but mostly by me hitting you!" << Seriously said that. Another time a girl was on the computer and he told her "Xandi, if I see you play on the computer I will break your computer and then I will break you." OMG!!

But this post is about your disgusting, horrible teacher. I think he is sexist. And seriously? a STUPID table? How much more hurtful can you get?

While none of this is right, also keep in mind that a teacher might be delighted when somebody gets a grade that's not particularly high not because it's an excellent score, but because it's great compared to their previous scores. Of course, with this person, I wouldn't be surprised if he had bad intentions.

I think you should talk to the principal about this; they might be able to take action. When you meet with someone in person, there's a guarantee that somebody will know what's going on. I really hope this gets fixed. ☹️

I think you should skip talking to the jerk. It sounds like he won't listen to you anyway. After all, you're "just a woman."

Write a letter explaining everything he does and how it's unfair (don't complain or sound whiny, calmly state everything). Have it signed by a bunch of other students who feel the same. Submit that to the principal.
Complain to your parents. They should call the school and sort this all out with your principal. The least they could do is at least get you switched to another teacher. The most is get the dirtbag fired. Hopefully the latter because teachers CANNOT and SHOULD NOT behave in such an inappropriate- not to mention juvenile, stubborn, and old-fashioned- manner.

Don't let this go, because as long as he's a teacher there will be more and more students put through this unnecessary stress.

Don't do anything childish, though. Spreading rumors about him or just complaining about it and venting won't solve this problem. If you act maturely and in an adult-manner, people will have no reason not to listen to you.
