Because I truthfully need to write something, and I guess I'll be simple because I'm about to fall asleep at this here keyboard.

Part 1- One day after Arkians
Nothing seemed to have happened. Yet everything seemed to have happened.

No creatures would have noticed. Occasional absences were forgivable, even for the most doted-upon pets, whose 'mothers' and 'fathers' came to visit them every day. As all creatures were out of contact with others from other 'mothers' and 'fathers', they had no idea what was going on. Yes, there were a few occasional mates, siblings and best friends contact, but it was all thought to be a coincidence. Was it?

Tim's was still working, with many customers to feed. The immortal were satisfied and the younger ones spoilt. But this rickety area of protection - it wouldn't last.
