you have to ping for a response. If you subscribe to your own topic, it will show whenever someone postes. you ping by saying
@ followed by thier username. you can also write on there wall, by clicking there username, then scrolling down to there wall. If your already knew this, then it was a terrible waste of letters. If you didn't then I'm happy to help
