Claria whipped her head back, and she saw her old friend Akira. They had been separated, thanks to Roa and his Shadows.
She ran over to him and hugged him, "AKIRA! I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!"

Cloud could hear voices in the distance. She paused, waiting, and then whipped her hair around. Long black locks transformed into short, silver hairs as her body morphed into that of a wolf. She gave a curt nod to the boy, and sprinted towards the voices.

Her silver paws reflected the light of the moon, crunching down hard on broken, dry, and lonely leaves littered onto the dying, rough grass.

As she regained her excited self back on her feet, she heard pawsteps. They were heavy. With purpose. A great purpose. And they were coming right at her and Akira

Cloud reached the voices and hid, shrouded in the dark shadows in the night. Only her silver eyes shone through the mystifying darkness, silver fur enveloped in wisps of eerie shadows.

Cloud narrowed her silver eyes that gleamed with curiosity. She shook out her dark grey fur, slowly morphing back into the body that of a human. Tanned skin replaced ash gray fur, and a long mane of black hair fell down her back.

"Animalians?"

She stared blank into the dark midnight air.
The freezing winds rattled her bones,
They felt like they were jarring her flesh.

(As a response to the tail XD ) Cloud shrugged, rolling her eyes. In an instant, dark grey fur grew and replaced long ebony sleek hair. Silver eyes remained unchanged, still shrouded with suspicion and narrowed in thought. A growl rose in her throat at the newcomer. White teeth glinted in the dim light of the moon, and eyes shining with defensive motivations bore into the girl.

Wind cascaded past Cloud, slashing and thrashing at her in curls of violent rage. She braced herself against the fury and volatile temper of nature, showing no weakness in her stone cold expression.
