Maybe you can tell him to stop staring at you and then tell him that you can't be his girlfreind, but you can still be his common friend. (Suggesting this, since it worked with someone else before)

To be honest, the responses I'm seeing here alarm me. Why would you want to act violently against this person when he hasn't done anything wrong? Yes, he is staring---so what? Let him stare if he wants to. He isn't doing anything illegal; he isn't harrassing you and he isn't bullying you. Let it go and if you have no interest in him, then don't pretend to. And for Christ's sake, don't be rude.

Geez. Children these days; it's no wonder people are becoming more messed up inside. We resort to violence and rudeness instead of taking the more respectable, polite route.

If you don't want to hurt this poor boy's feelings, spare him the pain of having a rude comment tossed in his direction. Words hurt. Violence hurts. It's best to let the situation pass on its own without aggrivating it.

@briseis Well considering he GLARES at my boyfriend ALL DAY EVERY day, it's not a normal glare it's a DEATH glare.. o_O

And he isn't doing anything illegal YET. Buutttt... If this continues and he gets desperate enough, he will be.
