Xeo smiled roughly, his eyes glinted as he walked towards them.
Scout sprung from Dark's sleeve and bolted over to Xeo, climbing onto his shoulder, she nuxxled him and smiled softly
Xeo walked to dark and smiled, hugging her out of the blue.

Scout giggled slightly and tugged on his eadr "C'mon kid! we've gpt somewhere to be and something to do if you don't remember" she prodded

Xeo shook his head "It's fine, really..don't fret over it..." he sighed, watching the door. "If you can, that would help allot...but I'm not sure...Palin..it's.." he shook his head, plucking Scout off of his shoulder and stroking her softly

Xeo kept his hold tight on Dark, he felt strange for doing so, but didn't mind. Scout kept a tight hold aswell, watching behind Dark

Dark stoped at the entrance, and set down Xeo. "Here we are." She said, her eyes and skin turning back to normal. She seemed human when she wasnt using her power.

Xeo smiled and hugged her again "Thanks" he murmured and plucked Scout off of dark. "ok, work your magic, doll"
Scout jumped onto Xeo's head, she jumped up the gate to the city and a large pulse of light set out through the city. "They're close...not far at all" she murmured as she swung down down to Xeo, landing on his shoulder

"We have to catch this man and his wife, a shadow hog, they're accountable for numerous murders and robberies" he showed her a poster with a picture of the two on it.

Scout shrugged "All I could get was that it was close.....they...they were close.." she climbed down to Xeo's hand and poked him, he lifted her as high as he could and she sent another post of light out into the city "They're getting closer" she mumbled

Dark saw them, and attacked, only to get skewered by the hog. she was still weak from earlyer and last night, so she didnt have enough energy to heal herself this time. Blood poured out of her wound, staining the soil as she fell.

"Dark!" Xeo snipped as he ran over, turning sharply, he raised his hands and put them together, twirling and shoving the man back into a wall. he glared into the man's eyes, using him as a puppet, Xeo slammed the man into the ground and kept him locked down.
Scout ran over to Dark and murmured "This'll hurt, I'm sorry" she pulled a thread out of her spindle and used her arm to sew up the wound, hastily and a bit messily.

Darks eyes started to get unfocused, she had lost almost all of her blood. She felt her body getting cold, and shivered. She couldnt fel anything, and felt her eyelids get heavy. 'A bit of sleep couldnt hurt....' She thought, starting to close them.

Dark couldnt understand what they were saying, something was cloging her ears it seemed. Blood poured out of her outh, she was so tired.....so tired...... Dark closed her eyes.

Scout kept prodding Dark, trying to keep her awake.
Xeo kept fighting the two, eventually catching the man and tying him up, easiily luring the shadow hog and scooping her into his arms

Dark was trying to stay awake, her breathing and heart rate slowing down. was it so bad to sleep? she thought. why was scout prodding me, was something wrong? dark said, slowly dieing. her body started her death spasms, not getting enough oxygen.

Scout jabbed Dark again, again, and again, trying to get her to wake up

Dark couldnt understand what scout was saying, it sounded like she was underwater. Her body stoped spasming, she was very close to death, only a few more secounds.

Scout jumped onto a crate and sprung into the air, then came down on Dark, her arm out, she spiraled down, stabbing into Dark's hand, hoping to wake her up.

Dark couldnt move anymore, she was so weak right now......she didnt want to die yet....tears leaked out of the corner of her eyes.

Xeo tied the man to a crate and ran over "Oh come on don't die!" he shook her by the shoulders, trying to keep her awake. "You're the closest thing to a mom I have, C'mon and just wake up! don't die!" he shook her again.
Scout kept jabbing Dark's leg, trying to keep her awake

Dark struggled to keep breathing. Her heart beat slower and slower.
