Leaf walked away. She came upon another lone cat - ThunderClan. She darted out, cut the cat's entire tail off, and ran off with the tail. The cat had noticed nothing - until the pain came.

Leaf dragged the tail back to her secret lair, in a hidden cave that nobody knew of. Besides, the entrance was only big enough for a tiny kit - like her - to wriggle through, so even if it was discovered, no cat would be able to fit. All other kits were kept in nurseries.
She entered the cave, then lay down and began to gnaw on the tail.

Well, she could kill a cat if she wanted to, right now. But she's just making a reputation for herself - if she keeps going at the same rate, pretty soon all the Clans will be whispering about a mysterious rogue who attacks you when you're alone and slices off your tail. Of course, the stories will be exaggerated so much that she will become a "pack of feral wolves that set on me so fast, I hadn't a chance in all the world. I was just lucky I wasn't killed." xD Rumors can get SO far away from the truth...

When Leaf woke up, she stretched, then crawled out of her cave. She looked for all the world like an innocent, harmless kit with a missing leg.

snowkit let out a loud yowl,then ran off,not knowing where he was going.he kpt running,his eyes closed,then ran right into leaf.he let out another yowl of pain,the shrieks in his mind soon faded away.

Leaf shrank down as Snowkit approached. "I - I'm sorry," she stammered. "It's just that I was trying to be friendly, and you were just staring, and it seemed like you were treating me like everyone does, just a mixed-Clan, imperfect kit who should be despised..." she paused. "And I just got so mad that I didn't think right, and I'm sorry, so sorry..." She trailed off. This pretense worked perfectly; everyone believed it; there was no trace or sign anywhere to be found that it was all a mask.
