The Storm Dogs, Chapter 2: The Captivity

You may remember an RP from Nov. called The Storm Dogs. This is the 2nd chapter. If you were a main charecter in the first chapter you may join again.

You guys need to have the same charecters but one year older.

In the first chapter, a large storm breaks out and Dakota, a siberian husky and her pup, Nala, spend the night in a cave. In the morning, they meet a german shepherd named Winston who becomes a friend of Dakota. Then, a hyena named Crazy attacks them and causes a war. Crazy adopts a stray golden retriver named Sillic, who becomes his pup and together they continue to attack Dakota, Nala, and Winston. Soon, a fennec fox, Lola, and another dog, Ziba, join the mix. Ziba then joins Crazy's pack. A large war between Crazy and Dakota's pack breaks out and ends up with Winston, Dakota, and Crazy laying in the rain nearly dead. Dakota apoligizes to Crazy and in the morning, all of the dogs leave to a new home because humans came to thier old home. This is the link to the Topic: http://eggcave.com/forums/topic/10601

In The Storm Dogs, Chapter 2: The Captivity, It is now a year later and the humans eventually find and capture the dogs, bringing them into a pet store. The store seems normal, nice, and friendly, but it is a terrible place. It smells, the workers are mean, they take bad care of the dogs, and hardly give them enough food and water to live. The Storm Dogs pack have to find a way to escape the pet store before they get sold, euthanized, or eventually die of hunger. They must leave no dog behind and escape successfully without being seen or killed. Join Storm Dogs 2 and escape!😈

Dakota was with Nala and Winston. The cage they were in was big enough to hold all three of them but was very rusty and dirty. "what do we do now, Winston?" Dakota asked winston. She had a sad face on.

I felt like i sorta manipulated/took over as 'god' in the last storm dogs. T-T

Ziba slept, then started hearing familiar barks. She started to awaken very painfully

"I wish I knew." he said and lowered his head. Then he saw a worker with two bowls. The man opened a flap of the cage and threw them both in. One had a puddle of water in it, and the other was halfway filled with dry food. "Go ahead, you and Nala can have it." Winston said as he nudged the food bowl towards Dakota and Nala. "You two need it more." Winston was very hungry, but he knew a growing pup like Nala needed it more.

Dakota looked at winston for a second and then ate half of the food and drank half of the water. "a pet store is a place were animals get sold as pets." Dakota told nala.

Ziba halfheartedly lifted her head. It throbbed painfully as she lifted herself up.

Winston took a small lick of the water puddle, making sure to save some for Dakota and Nala. The cold, refreshing water felt good on his tounge and down his throuht, which felt as scratchy and dry as sandpaper.

Ziba, struggling, forced herself out the doggy door but, a few hairs were snagged. Ziba sniffed the fresh air, no groos smell. fresher, more natural. Her headache ceased a little. She stumbled to the water bowl lapping slowly and nearl drinking the whole bowl. She then, feeling much better followed Winstons scent.

Bump! A metal gate intercepted Ziba, making a cold surprise to her nose. She snapped out of her daydream wake up. No clean air, just smelly gross sick dogs. She sighed, staring at her now empty water bowl. She softly licked Lola, cleaning her ears.
Her ears pricked as she heard Dakotas voice.

"Yes,"Ziba called, her voice stronger,"where are we? Is Nala okay?"

Dakota pawed at the bars of the cage. She thought: if i get adopted, i can get out and snag the keys and set the others free!!!! "Yes, nala is ok. Just a little bit suprised." Dakota replied to ziba.

Ziba stiffened as the bell gave its eerie 'cling!' She barked at Dakota,"what's going to happen? Are we, will we be seperated?" Panic and sorrow started to flood her.

Winston couldn't help but eat a little bit of the food. He was so hungry. Then he noticed a medium sized spider crawling around the cage. He squiched it with his paw until it died. He had tasted this kind of spider before many times because the store had a spider infestation. These spiders tasted pretty good, actually. "Here, try this." Winston told Dakota pointing to the spider with his paw. "They taste pretty good."

We are inside in crates. You are in a cage with lola, winston, nala, and i are in a big cage to your right. We are in seperate cages but about 5 inches apart.

Ziba started to paw rapidly at the sound of humans. Thoughts of terror clawed at her memory.
"Dakota!,"She yelped, being loud enough to hear but, not loud enough to cause a ruckass,"please tell me what's happening!"
