Foo, How Do You Do?

Simple as it is, I'm dying to have a Foo. But since I lack an ability to actually trade away my creatures, what would be a good overall offer for one? Not to high, not to low, one that is an equal trade. In other words, fair.

Let's say I have a certain amount of CC, and someone with a Foo willing to trade for CC was interested, what would be a fair amount of CC? Or what would be a fair amount of EC?

AND/OR

What would be a good combination of creatures that would equal to their rarity? - by that I don't mean by their weighted rarity.
