..What if that happens with the Hunger games when it becomes a movie?

I mean, I'm all team Peeta..just...not the Peeta they picked movie..




I really think they're going to let the book down >3< But, I won't just until they make it and it's out. I liked the trailer, to be honest.

I don't think Katniss is too small, she's perfect size for healthy. But, the Katniss I pictured was just a tad underweight and muscler, [Muscle - hunting, underweight - bad district]

I'm iffy on Prim. I thought of someone like Dakota Fanning's little sister, small, blonde, blue eyed, looks really fragile. The girl is pretty, just not Prim.

They failed with Cinna. I imagined him light skinned, styled golden hair and soft brown eyes with eyeliner. :/

I pictured Cinna a bronzish tan, with black hair, basically a Rico suave. But I do like him.

@cafe I like the actor for Peeta, just not for Gale. I pictured Gale smaller, and not as, muscular. Liam Hemsworth is pretty much the worst choice for Gale.
EDIT:

Haymich should be older, the guy playing him is like 55 or something. He should look at least between 60 and 70 years old. The guy who plays him doesn't even look drunk. He has to look more,.... dirty! With an unshaven beard, and greasy hair.

Personally, I think the actors are amazing.
Peeta is peeta. Average, kinda built.
Katniss is pretty but average enough that she doesn't take away from the movie.
Gale; I am not team Gale so he can look however they want him to look.
Prim has a unibrow. I never liked Prim much either so they can do what they want with her.
Cinna is not what I pictured in the book but I am not sad. I pictured Chris from project runway being cinna xD
Rue is my life.
Haymich is perfection.
I would be a better foxface than the girl they cast.. imma just sayin'

I think that they did the best job possible for casting.

Obviously, that must be how the AUTHOR pictured them, and her opinion is worth most. On FaceBook people were ranting about how THEY pictured the people, and it's fine, that's how they pictured them as they read the book. But you can't go all out complaining, that's the characters.


Also, I suggest if you pictured the characters differently to reread the books. I know I pictured them wrong xD. I reread the first book, and was shocked at how many details I missed! I was like, omg, Lucy, how could you miss SO much!?!?!? Once I finished, I realized the characters descriptions match up to the actors. 😊

And I don't want the Hunger Games reduced to "teams." it's degrading guys, to make "teams." The book ends how it ends, you can't change that. If I hear people shouting teams out, I might just slap somebody.....no offense of course, but just sayin, it could get a bit too annoying...

I'm team Peeta of the book :L


It's not that I hate the Peeta guy, but his "Blonde" hair has a greenish tint to it, and his eyes are a dark color, he doesn't have the market look. Neither does Prim.
