Try acupuncture? .-. But i have a suggestion. Try to sleep earlier. DO NOT GET UP. Close your eyes. And try not to think so much things >_> i always do this when i can't sleep. I end up sleeping earlier than expected

my friend does acupuncture. even though she said it dosnt hurt i dont wanna try it.đ¸ i try to do that but it dosent work, if it does, i wake up 10 minutes later. plus, im used to staying up all night just like when my dad went to china and since its 13 hours different he was used to china time and had the same problem.

Just set an alarm, you'll adjust to it. I'm sadly used to waking up at 6 for school :/

Do you drink coffee, or tea with caffeine often? Eating too much chocolate late at night can cause you to stay awake also. Are you active? Do you get at least 30 min of exercise each day more or less? The answers to these questions may very well be the reason to your sleeplessness.
