The guard that had collected me from my room comes over to unlock the training room door and to watch us.

Aphrodite: "Hello Darius." I say, a smile sliding onto my face. This was the one vampire hunter that didn't feel as if he had to slice and dice me right then and there.

Darius: "Hello Aphrodite. You doing some training tonight?" He asks, smiling back.

Aphrodite: "Mmhm." I say, nodding.

Aphrodite: I go into the room, thanking Darius as I pass him.

Darius: He watches me pass and gives Jasper a look.
