@hay7199sorry xP---Starstream gazed around coldly. "I hear you. All of you. I am not my father. I am not a tyrant. I will not force you to join a Clan and do whatever I want you to. I am not that person." She cocked her head. "But really, what else could I have done? What would have made you take me seriously? I heard you before. "She's just a kit." "We'll tell you when you're older." You didn't pay much attention to me. You thought I was just a foolish kit. You didn't respect me. You didn't take me seriously. Well, now you do. Now," she scanned the room, "I dare you to tell me something else I could have done. Don't just say something; think for a minute. What, really, would make you change your opinion about me but this? What would have gotten through to you? What could I have done," her eyes began tearing up and she tried not to show it, "besides that..." Her voice broke; she trailed off and ran outside, not wanting them to see her cry. As soon as she got out, she hid behind a tree and started sobbing.

Starstream could hear their murmurings; it added to the pain and confusion inside her and made her feel like nothing. She walked back in, still crying. "You know what? You're right. I'm just a stupid kit...just a stupid, STUPID kit who KILLED another kit and I don't deserve to live but dying is too good for me and...and whatever! I don't care anymore. Do whatever you want to me." She flopped down on the ground. "Kill me, torture me, do whatever you want. Whatever you do, it won't be bad enough." She lay there with her head on the ground, shaking with silent tears and hating herself.

"Don't talk about him. I HATE him! He's EVIL!!" She looked up and made eye contact with Whitepaws. "But not as evil as me," she whispered. "When he dies, I know he's going to the Dark Forest. But me? Even that's too good for me. Everything's too good for me." She stood up. "I'm one and a half moons and I ripped a kit's heart out! One and a half moons and I've killed a cat!" she shouted tearfully, then ran off.

@hay7199...she already left...---Starstream ran and ran...she came to a cliff. Looking down, it seemed so easy... She could just give one little hop, and then it would all be over...But no. That was too easy. She didn't deserve easy.
